A note from the former Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing for Capacity Interactive when I worked with them on multiple digital campaigns.
It is my pleasure to offer my highest recommendation for Yurik Lozano. We worked together over the course of a year and a half when he was a client of mine at a digital advertising agency. Yurik was a dream client partner—enthusiastic, collaborative, creative, deadline-driven, and always eager to produce high caliber work that drove results for his organization. In addition to his many valuable personal qualities, Yurik has deep technical expertise in social media marketing, both paid and organic. I watched him ramp up very quickly on end-to-end Facebook and Instagram campaign development as the digital marketing lead for an esteemed regional theater company. He performed in-depth research on key audience segments for each production, built complex targeting in-platform, produced all copy and creative assets, as well as analyzed data in order to create efficiencies for future campaigns. Yurik always asked insightful questions and came prepared with innovative ideas in order to make the most out of our time together. Not only is he a talented designer and content creator, but also a strategic social media marketer with a keen eye for building audiences. His social media campaigns consistently delivered against marketing KPIs, including online ticket sales and ROI, resulting in sold-out shows. I hope I have the opportunity to work with Yurik again in the future!

A note from the former Director of North American Operations at Substrakt when I worked with them on a website redesign.
Yurik is a true leader in the digital arena. I had the pleasure of working with Yurik from 2018 to 2020. He was a client of mine at a digital agency. Yurik managed the redesign of the Two River Theater website during this time.
While we worked together on this redesign, Yurik was constantly pushing the boundaries for what he had envisioned for the new website, while still maintaining focus and attention to detail. He looked for ways to make the website more accessible, user friendly, innovative and cutting-edge every step of the way. He sought to build the website in such a way to gather optimal user information and analytics and has been able to equip the theater with the information needed to make informed marketing decisions based on ROI. And during the whole project, he was super friendly and easy to work with.
The end result, a beautiful website, that other theaters often reached out to me to hear more about. Yurik truly became an industry leader as his peers looked to replicate features and designs that he had built out.
Please check out Two River Theater’s new website.

A note from an Associate Professor at West Texas A&M University when pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
Yurik is passionate about advertising, marketing and photography. He pushed himself to learn more than he was taught, to go beyond what was shared in the classroom and the textbook. His photography skills—from lighting to editing—are amazing, and his dedication to that craft is impressive. While Yurik loves photography, his interests don't stop there. He is also fascinated by advertising, as well as marketing. Many people in mass communication undergraduate programs shy away from math, but not Yurik. He finished his bachelor's degree and sought to know more about the data behind the decisions. He is scheduled to finish his MBA in December. I've been impressed by his drive and by his skills, and I know others will be, too.

A note from the late Director of Broadcasting and Associate Professor at West Texas A&M University when pursuing a Mass Communication Degree in Advertising & PR
It is, indeed, my pleasure to recommend Yurik Lozano for a position with your firm. Yurik has absolutely demonstrated his competence, intellect, and passion for the field of communication. He does not retreat from a challenge, and has enhanced our student population during his tenure at WTAMU. I am confident that he is the kind of employee that any contemporary agency would love to have. I assure you, Mr. Lozano will develop a great rapport with the staff and clients, much like he did with our faculty.
I can tell you that Yurik was one of the best risk takers in our program. He is not easily intimidated. Yurik has real world experience at the for-profit, and non-profit levels. He has a passion for design, and is always well versed on the latest technologies of ROI, metrics and customer engagement. As indicated by his résumé, he has a hearty skill set in civic responsibility, and professional associations.
To be more specific about his skills; he is beyond his years in his understanding, analysis and execution of emerging media strategies. He has a solid understanding of the customer-brand relationship, inbound and content marketing, and multi-platform/screen deployment of campaign strategy.
Yurik has risen above the clutter among a very talented, national caliber population of young scholars. He is insightful, has strong writing skills, brings an international perspective to his coursework, and is always looking for ways to challenge and/or validate his knowledge of the field of media. As a student, he was spot on with his analysis on exams, and was always a vital part of his group’s presentations. He is a self-starter and a team player.
You will not be disappointed in his creativity, passion, talent and dedication to the study and craft of communication. I do hope that you give him the highest consideration. If you are looking for the best and brightest, he fits the bill. I have, absolutely no reservation in giving him the highest recommendation. He was, without debate, one of the brightest students in the mass communication sequence.

A note from the former Director of Development & Marketing for WaterTower Theatre when I interned with them in 2014
I worked closely with Yurik L. Lozano while serving as the Director of Development and Marketing at WaterTower Theatre, a live, professional theatre located in Addison, Texas. Yurik was our marketing and development intern.
Yurik oversaw many aspects of our marketing and social media at WaterTower Theatre. During his time here Yurik made numerous positive changes in our social media and email marketing efforts making them more effective and creative. Our social media capabilities have grown considerably with Yurik’s encouragement, guidance and knowledge. Yurik oversaw several new projects for me including the redesign of our newsletter, some aspects of our marketing creative, social media and, during our annual fundraising Gala some aspects of donor stewardship. I know all of our staff here would share my praise for his ability to manage multiple tasks equally well.
We work in a fast-paced, very compact department managing a multiplicity of complex marketing and fundraising projects. We consistently are praised for our efforts. Yurik was instrumental in making that happen and commonplace at WaterTower Theatre.
Yurik is an extremely understanding, hard-working individual who provides positive leadership in the implementation of his projects.
Having worked with other theater and nonprofit organizations around the country, I can honestly affirm that Yurik is the best, most supportive intern with whom I have ever worked. He is a positive role model for other staff, and his work ethic makes everyone who works with him strive to do their best.
I know Yurik has a professional ambition to focus his career specifically in marketing. Whether he works in the nonprofit arena or for a commercial company specializing in marketing, he will excel because of his creativity, energy and organizational abilities.
I highly recommend Yurik L. Lozano, and I would be willing to provide you more information about Yurik if you would like to contact me.

A note from the former Global Product Manager for Mr. Youth (MRY)
I would like to recommend Yurik Lozano as a candidate for a position with your organization. As a Brand Ambassador, he excelled in this position, adding great value to our team throughout the experience. Yurik has developed a keen understanding of the new media landscape, can work independently, and always follows through.
During his semester as a Brand Ambassador, Yurik executed social media and word-of-mouth marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness, as well as campus events and organizational partnerships to engage campus life and the broader community.
Overall, it was a pleasure to work with Yurik. He would be an asset to any employer and I look forward to watching his continued growth and success in everything he pursues.
